  Don’t stress over things you can’t control. Hand it over to the Almighty. There’s no need to spend sleepless nights thinking about your problems. It’ll get you nowhere. He can easily take care of things if only you’d trust Him. He’s the only One who can turn your life around.

‪ Search your own heart. Could it be that your suspicion of the ulterior motives of others is because you’re prone to doing the same? Increase the habit of praising others & let thankfulness overflow to the Almighty when someone does something good to you. Try it. You’ll feel good.  

 

  The month of Shaban is a special time when our deeds are presented to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “When the call for the prayer is pronounced, Satan takes to his heels, passing wind with noise, When the call for the prayer is finished, he comes back. And when the Iqama is pronounced, he again takes to his heels, and after its completion, he returns to interfere between the (praying) person and his heart, saying to him. 'Remember this or that thing.' till the person forgets whether he has offered three or four rak`at: so if one forgets whether he has prayed three or four rak`at, he should perform two prostrations of Sahu (i.e. forgetfulness).” – Bukhari 3285

 بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ١  ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ ٢  ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ٣  مَـٰلِكِ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ ٤  إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ ٥  ٱهْدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ ٦  صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ ٱلْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا ٱلضَّآلِّينَ ٧ With the name of Allah, the All-Merciful, the Very-Merciful. Praise belongs to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds. the All-Merciful, the Very Merciful. the Master of the Day of Requital. You alone do we worship, and from You alone do we seek help. Take us on the straight path. the path of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not of those who have incurred Your wrath, nor of those who have gone astray.

  Learn to say no without explaining yourself. Set boundaries. Busy days and nights are ahead with Ramadan almost with us. And don’t do things just to please people. It doesn’t pay at all. Focus on your Creator.

  The Virtues of Surat Az-Zalzalah Imam Ahmad recorded from `Abdullah bin `Amr that he said, "A man came to the Messenger of Allah and said, `Teach me what to recite, O Messenger of Allah!' The Prophet said, «اقْرَأْ ثَلَاثًا مِنْ ذَوَاتِ الر» (Recite three from those which begin with the letters Alif, Lam, Ra') The man then said to him, `I have become old in age, my heart has hardened and my tongue has become harsh.' The Prophet said, «فَاقْرَأْ مِنْ ذَوَاتِ حم» (Then recite from those which begin with the letters Ha-Mim.) The man said the same thing as he had said before, so the Prophet said, «اقْرَأْ ثَلَاثًا مِنَ الْمُسَبِّحَات» (Recite three from the Musabbihat.) The man again said the same thing as he had said before. Then the man said, `Rather give me something to recite that is comprehensive (of all of these), O Messenger of Allah.'   Almighty. As we approach #Ramadan we ask You to heal the broken and those who are ill, grant hope to the ones in despair, comfort the lonely and provide food for the hungry. Above all, we beseech You to let peace reign in the world and in our hearts. Aameen.

Thus, the idolators of the Quraysh said, `This Qur'an was only reve- aled to Muhammad to cause him distress.' Therefore, Allah revealed, طه - مَآ أَنَزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْقُرْءَانَ لِتَشْقَى - إِلاَّ تَذْكِرَةً لِّمَن يَخْشَى (Ta Ha.
